Packing
1. Initially, we tightly wrap the aluminum sheet with a dense waterproof film, ensuring a careful seal using adhesive tape. This safeguards the entire aluminum sheet from potential exposure to damp air. We place ample desiccant inside the package to ensure internal aluminum plate drying, preventing contact with any liquid and averting oxidation or corrosion.
2. Over the waterproof membrane, we add a layer of cowhide waterproof paper. This step primarily protects the delicate waterproof film from damage. The waterproof paper also acts as a barrier against external moisture. The thick kraft paper effectively insulates against temperature differences between the surface and the internal environment. This prevents condensation due to significant temperature variations, thereby avoiding aluminum plate oxidation.
3. Beyond the kraft paper, we cover the entire surface with corrugated paper. This serves to safeguard the edges and corners of the aluminum plate, providing specialized corrugated protection. Finally, we secure the aluminum plate and wooden saucer together using metal wrapping belts. This robust packaging technique reinforces the aluminum sheet, preventing any sliding or falling during transportation. It also eliminates friction between aluminum sheets, ensuring their integrity upon arrival.
